Karin Chesley, M.A., is a gifted Body/Mind/Spirit Counselor
and Powerful Shamanic Healer.

Before she became a counselor, she had
spent two decades working with
traumatized children and young adults
as a special education teacher

As a teacher, she worked in a wide variety of settings,
such as with gang kids in the ghettos of
East Los Angeles, in the suburbs of Boston
and mountains of New York,
She also ran a school for homeless
and abused boys in New Hampshire and lived
and worked as an English teacher in Japan

At 25, while visiting Kyoto, Japan ...she unknowingly received a powerful spiritual initiation from an extraordinary Japanese shaman, who she thought was a homeless man in need of help. Soon after that, she began having a series of tremendous mystical experiences coinciding with massive inner upheaval...that eventually completely transformed her life, and left her with a powerful ability to facilitate psychic surgery, soul retrievals and to connect with a person's innate inner wisdom to help them to understand and heal their lives...

As a way to enhance her ability to counsel and heal others and to further understand the mystical experiences she was continuing to have, she would periodically travel
and study with many wise spiritual teachers, learning about
their different spiritual traditions
and ways of healing.

This quest brought her all over the world, seeking ancient knowledge. She traveled to the monasteries throughout
Tibet, the shrines of India, trekked on elephants
in the jungles of Thailand, biked all over Great Britain
and Ireland, traveled to the temples of South Korea,
rode trains all over Europe, sailed the Caribbean,
ventured to small Himalayan kingdoms around Nepal, explored sacred sights all over the mainland
United States and Hawaiian islands ....and eventually studied in an indian ashram in upstate New york with a powerful enlightened master for four years.

In the spring of 2000, she received a
Masters Degree from Salve Regina University
in Holistic Counseling. She has also studied at
Harvard, UCLA and continued to spend more time in
an ashram in India.

After attaining a vast amount of wisdom through her travels
and integrating western psychology with
eastern philosophy, she soon began her holistic counseling and shamanic healing practice working with people individually, leading healing intensive workshops and offering beautiful retreats...

Karin works with people from all walks of life and from around the world ...and continues to facilitate deep, inner life transforming changes within them....moving people towards their highest potential and destiny...

in 2007, Karin moved to beautiful
South Florida after spending 5 years
in Santa Barbara, California...and continues to
travel to sacred places around the world.
She recently spent about a month in Brazil
visiting the incredible healer "John of God"
and will soon be off to the sacred valley in Peru...
